Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit,
Tape Measure.
Pergola Arch is now complete.

Position Rafters A 155mm from both ends of Rails B and fix using 4no 60mm
Screws - 2 per Rafter (Fig.1a). Space out remaining Rafters A equally (Fig.1b)
and attach using 4no 60mm Screws.

Locate Rail/Rafter Assembly into post slots and fix into position using 2no 60mm
screws per post (Figs.2a & 2b).
5.
Ensuring Post/Trellis Assemblies C are perpendicular to Rails B, attach Bracings
D to posts and Rails B, using 8no 90mm Screws
– 2no per Bracing (Figs.3a &
3b).
