Please take a few moments to check all pack contents are correct
Requires 2 person assembly
Tools required: Hammer, corded / cordless drill, pozi–drive bit / screwdriver, 13mm
spanner / adjustable spanner / tape measure.
1. Align bolt holes in 1no. Table Leg Assembly (A) with corresponding bolt holes in 1no. Base Rail (B) and -
ensuring correct orientation (see fig 1), insert 4no. 100mm bolts. Attach washers and nuts but do not
fully tighten at this stage.
Repeat process for remaining Table Leg Assembly (A) and Base Rail (B).
2. Position 2no. Bench Supports (C) to Base Rail (B) on same face as Table Leg Assembly(A), align bolt
holes in Bench Supports (C) with corresponding bolt holes at either end of 1no. Base Rail (B) and insert
4no. 100mm bolts (2no. per Bench Support). (See Fig 2.)
Attach washers and nuts but do not fully tighten at this point.
Repeat process for remaining 2no. Bench Supports (C) and remaining 1no. Base Rail.
3. Position Centre Brace (D) centrally to inner face of Table Leg Assembly (A) as shown in fig 3, and fix using
4no. 100mm screws. (2no. screws per side)
Repeat procedure on opposite end of Centre Brace (D) with remaining Table Leg Assembly (A).
4. Position Bench Brace (E) centrally between Bench Supports (C) ensuring top edge of Bench Brace (E) is
70mm below top edge of Bench Support (C). Fix using 4no. 100mm screws, 2no. screws per end.
(see fig 4)
Repeat process for remaining Bench Brace (E) on opposite side.
5. Position 1 no. Diagonal Brace (F) against Centre Brace (D) with notched end to Base Rail (B) and attach
using 4no. 50mm screws, 2no screws into Centre Brace (D) and 2no. screws into Base Rail (B) (See Figs
5a & 5b).
Repeat process for remaining Diagonal Brace (F) at other end of Centre Brace (D) on opposite face.
6. Position 1no. Bench Top (G) to top of Bench supports (C) and attach using 4no. 60mm screws (2no.
screws per end) (See fig 6)
Repeat process with remaining Bench Top (G) on opposite side.
7. Place Table Top (H) to top of Table Leg Assemblies (A), and fix using 8no. 60mm screws, 2no screws per
leg. (See fig 7).
Fully tigthen all nuts and bolts at this stage.
