Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit
required in order for you to drill all screw holes before construction.
Lincoln Arbour is now complete.
Fixings
40mm Screws 26
60mm Screws 28
1. Attach Side Panels A to Full Back Panel B using 4no 60mm Screws
– 2no per
Side Panel A
– ensuring Full Back Panel B is flush with battens of Side Panels A.

2. Position Trellis Back Panels C between Side Panels A and attach using 8no
60mm Screws
– 4no per Trellis Back Panel C. Figs.2a & 2b.
3. Locate Floor Panel D on to the floor support battens (Figs.3) and fix to the floor
battens using 4no 40mm Screws
– 2no per side.
4. Place Front Panel (E) between the Side Panels A (Fig.4) and fix in position using
4no 60mm Screws
– 2no per side.
5. Position the Hinged Seat F on to the seat support battens and fix to the seat
support battens using 4no 60mm Screws
– 2no per side of rear section of the
Hinged Seat F (Fig.5).
6. Position Back Rest G between the Side Panels A and attach to the Hinged Seat F
using 2no 60mm Screws
– 1no per side and to the Trellis Back Panels C using
2no 60mm Screws
– 1no per side (Fig.6).
7. Attach Fascia Boards H to Roof Panels J using 12no 40mm Screws
– 3no per
Fascia Board H (Fig.7a).
Attach Ridge Capping L to the top of Roof Panels K using 6no 40mm Screws
–
3no per panel (Fig.7b & 7c).
8. Place roof assembly on to Side Panels A and fix to Side Panels A using 4no
60mm Screws
– 1no per side.
9. Position and attach centrally, 2no Pointed Finials L to the Fascia Boards H (front
and back) using 4no 40mm screws
– 2no per finial (Fig.9).
