Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Hammer / Mallet, Corded / Cordless Drill, Torx Bit / Screwdriver
(Supplied), 13mm Socket & Ratchet / Adjustable Spanner.
Katie Round Picnic Table is now complete.
1.
Position Seat Bars (A1) onto 2 no Seat Assemblies (B) (Fig 1a), align bolt holes
and insert 1no 100mm bolt per seat. Attach nuts and washers (Fig 1b). Do not
fully tighten at this stage. Repeat process using Seat Bars (A2) and remaining
Seat Assemblies (B) as shown in Fig 1c.

Position Leg (C) to the outer face of support timbers on the seat assembly as
shown in Fig 2, align bolt holes and insert 2no 70mm bolts per leg. Attach nuts
and washers. Do not fully tighten at this stage.
Repeat process for the remaining
7 Legs.

Using 2no 120mm screws attach Leg Brace (D) to Seat Bars as shown in Fig 3a.
Secure Legs to Leg Brace using 2no 80mm screws as shown in Fig 3b. Repeat
for remaining Leg Braces.
4.
Turn assemblies over and interlock Seat Bars (A1) and (A2), as shown in Fig 4a
& 4b.
5.
Insert Table-Top Support (E), align bolt holes and insert 2no 100mm bolts (Fig
5a). Attach nuts and washers. Do not fully tighten at this stage. Repeat for
remaining 3no Table-Top Supports (Fig 5b).
6.
Locate Table-Top (F) on to Table-Top Supports and align bolt holes. Insert 4no
100mm bolts and attach nuts and washers.
7.
ALL
nuts to be fully tightened at this stage.
