Requires 2 person assembly
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, Tape Measure, Mallet,
3mm Drill Bit required in order for you to drill all screw holes before construction.
1. Position Rafters B 150mm from edge at both ends of Rails A and fix using 4no 70mm Screws -
2 per Rafter (Fig.1a). Space out remaining Rafters B evenly (Fig.1b) and attach using 6no 70mm Screws.
2. Locate Post C onto Rail A as shown in Fig.2a (adjust width to suit). Fix in position using 2no
70mm Screws.
3. Place Trellis Panel D 90mm from top of Post C and fix in position using 3no 60mm Screws
(Figs.3a,3b & 3c).
4. Position second Post C as shown in Fig.4 and fix to Rail A using 2no 70mm Screws.
Fix Trellis Panel D to second Post C using 3no 60mm Screws.
Repeat stages 2 - 4 for remaining Posts & Trellis Panel on opposite side of arch.
5. Ensuring Post C is perpendicular to Rail A, position Bracing E as shown in Fig.5 and fix using
2no 70mm Screws.
Repeat procedure for remaining bracings.
