Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Tools required: Hex/Allen Key, Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive
Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit, Flat/Slotted Screwdriver, 10mm Spanner.
Emily Love Seat is now complete.
1.
Position Seat Assembly A between Side Assemblies B (Fig.1a). Align bolt holes
and attach using 4no 105mm Bolts, Washers and Nuts (Fig.1b).
Do not fully tighten at this stage.
2.
Insert 4no Cross Dowels into 10 mm holes to rear of Back Assembly (C) ensuring
slots face outwards (Fig. 2a). Position the Back Assembly between side
assemblies (Fig. 2b) and insert 2no bolts per side and thread bolts into cross
dowels (Figs.2c & 2d).
Fully tighten all Bolts at this stage.
Repeat stages 1-2 for second seat.
3.
Locate Lower Shelf Assembly D between seats and attach using 4no Screws - 2
per side (Figs.3a & 3b).
4.
Position Upper Shelf Assembly E between seats and attach using 4no Screws - 2
per side (Figs.4a & 4b).
