Please take a few moments to check all pack contents listed.
Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, Ratchet &
17mm Socket, 3mm Drill Bit required in order for you to drill all screw holes
before construction.
Alex Octagon Picnic Table is now complete.
1. Position 1no Seat Assembly A1 and 1no Seat Assembly A2 together, battens
uppermost and attach Seat Bars B1 (cut-outs uppermost) using 4no 70mm
screws (2no per bar). (See Fig. 1) Repeat process on opposite end.
Duplicate process using remaining Seat Bars B2 (cut-outs facing downwards)
and Seat Assemblies A1 & A2.
2. Position 1no Leg C as shown in Fig. 2, align bolt holes and insert 2no 90 mm
bolts & attach flat washers, spring washers and nuts. Do not fully tighten at this
stage. Repeat process for the remaining 7 legs.
3. Position Leg Brace D on to Seat Bars (See Fig. 3a), and fix in position using 2no
70mm screws. Attach Legs to Leg Brace with 2no 70mm screws. (See Fig. 3b)
Repeat for remaining 3no Leg Braces.
4. Turn seat bar/seat assemblies over and interlock. (See Fig. 4)
5. Insert Table Top Support/Leg E between seat bar assembly, align bolt holes and
insert 2no 130mm bolts (See Fig. 5). Attach cover cap bases, flat washers and
nuts (See Fig. 5). Do not fully tighten at this stage. Repeat for remaining 3no
Table Top Supports/Legs.
6. Locate Table Top F onto Table Top Supports/Legs, align bolt holes and insert 4no
130mm bolts (1no per leg). Attach cover cap bases, flat washers and nuts. (See
Figs. 6a & 6b)
ALL nuts to be fully tightened at this stage and caps to be inserted to cover
cap bases.
