Step 5
Place the toe plate(3) onto the exposed ends of the lower frame and fasten
with the M6 x 45mm screws(10) and M6 nuts(11) using a 10mm spanner and
5mm Allen key. The sockets on the toe plate have a large hole on the outside
of the socket and a smaller hole on the inside. The screws should be inserted
from the outside so that the screw head sits in the large hole.
Step 6
Insert the upper frame(1) into the lower
frame and secure with the locking pins(12).
The upper frame can be located by using
either set of the two uppermost holes, to
get the most comfortable height.
To fit the locking pins, pull the wire loop
clear of the pin and rotate it out of the way.
Insert the pin then rotate the wire loop back
and over the end of the pin.
The setup is now complete – Please read
the safety guidelines before use.
