Step 2
Slide the 20mm Axle (4) through the hole of the Frame (1) (where you
have just removed the plastic stop) and the inner section of the axle so
that there is the same amount of space on each side of the frame. You
may need to apply pressure to the outer axle onto the springs in order to
thread the 20mm axle through.
