ZENSATION warrants that the 4 in 1 Skin Purifying & Revitalizing Device is free of 

defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This 

warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below. Abnormal wear 

and tear, such as submersion and dropping, are not covered by this warranty. This one (1) 

year warranty applies to use by consumers only, and it is void if the product is used in a 

commercial or institutional setting. It extends only to the original consumer who purchased 

it,  and  it  is  not  transferable.  Proof  of  purchase  must  be  produced  to  claim  under  this 

warranty. It is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper 

maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed 

instructions. This  limited  warranty  is  the  only  written  or  expressed  warranty  given  by 

ZENSATION. 
Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy available to the consumer under 

this warranty. ZENSATION shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages 

for breach of this warranty, nor for any implied warranty on this product. Some states do 

not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case 

the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Procedure for Warranty Repairs or Replacement

If  warranty  service  is  necessary,  the  original  purchaser  must  contact  ZENSATION  for 

warranty service instructions.

For your protection, you are advised to insure the device if you return it to ZENSATION. 

Damage occurring during shipment is not covered by this warranty. Returns lacking proper 

documentation and/or any shipping and handling charges will not be processed.

Q: Why do I feel a tingle or stinging sensation when using the device on my bare face?

A: You can feel the micro-current penetrating your skin. A micro-current is a low level 
   current that is generally considered soothing and relaxing. A slight tingling sensation 
   may be felt in certain areas, and this is quite normal. Facial sensitivity varies from 
   individual to individual.

Q: How often can the device be used?

A: The device is gentle enough to be used twice daily.

Q: Can I share my device with other people?

A: To ensure maximum hygiene, we suggest that you avoid sharing your device with 
   anyone else, especially if you, or they, suffer from a skin condition.

Q: How often do I need to replace my device’s silicone case?

A: The silicone case is designed to never need replacing, as long as it is properly 
    maintained.
