USER GUIDELINES
• Pull out the power plug after every use
• The sauna must not come in contact with water
• Make sure the electric wire is far from the heating resources
• Do not use the sauna if the wires or plugs are damaged
• Do not pull the electric cords with too much force
• The sauna should not be used by children
• Stop using it immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy
or sleepy
• Do not stay in the sauna longer than the recommended time
of 30 minutes at a time
• Do not use the sauna if you are suffering from:
◦ a heart disease or other cardiovascular diseases
◦ hypertension or hypotension
◦ a nerve system disorder
◦ a severe cold
• If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before using the
sauna

• The sauna uses far-infrared technique (FIR) for heating
• The sauna have three thin heating panels; one in the back
and one on both sides
• It only needs five minutes to reach a constant temperature
of 70°C

Before operating this product, please read these instructions completely and save this manual for future use.

INSTALLATION
The sauna is easy to assemble and requires no tools.
1.
Unfold the sauna tent and raise the inner frame
2.
Close the zippers located at the back and place the
stabilizing bar in the front of the sauna
3.
Make sure the heating panels are in place (one located in
the back and one located on each side of the sauna)
4.
Place the foot pad on the tent floor
5.
Place the supporting panel at the front
6.
Unfold the chair and place it inside the sauna
7.
Put the remote control into the front pocket for easy
access
8.
Connect the power cord to mains
9.
Allow the sauna to preheat for 5 minutes before you use
it, make sure the front zipper is closed while preheating
REMOTE CONTROL
1.
Make sure the power cord is con-
nected to mains, and press POWER
button on remote control to turn the
sauna ON.
2.
By default, the sauna will be set to
60°C and 90 minutes timer on startup.
3.
Use the arrows to the left to adjust
TEMP up or down until you reach the
desired temperature.
4.
Use the arrows to the right to adjust
TIMER (in 5 minutes intervals) until you
reach the desired timer setting.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Open zipper to let out surplus heat after use
• Always unplug the sauna when not in use
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the sauna clean if needed
• Wait until the sauna has cooled down completely before
you fold it and store it away
• Store the sauna in the carry bag
