INSTRUCTIONS
Clear nightvision from a quality CCD (Charged Coupled Device) sensor. Eighteen IR-LED’s support the already highly light
sensitive sensor with IR illumination. A stainless steel and waterproof (IP68) housing featuring an automatic, fully motorized,
protective shielding hatch delivers optimal protection and longevity.
When shifting into reverse gear, the camera gets automatically activated. The protective hatch opens simultaneously and also
closes again after deactivation and a delay of approximately one minute. However, you can always manually override, without
any delay, by using the override switch.

Following the latest trend in vehicle electronics, newer cars mainly use a pulse width modulated power feed for outer hull
lights, which is unsuitable for imaging/video electronics, as it causes considerable picture distortion.

Use the included connection cable exclusively. Altering or replacing it will void your warranty.

The camera is water- and dustproof and has been tested according to international standard IP68. However, cleaning your
vehicle with a high pressure washer, may damage the housing sealings. For that reason you are asked to steadily keep a
distance of at least one meter between water nozzle and camera housing.
