PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
If this ZENAROME does not operate properly under normal conditions of use, consult the
following table:
Problems
Possible causes
Solutions
No mist,
no lights.
Problem of electrical connection.
Check if the unit is plugged or there is no
fault in the transformer.
Switch off.
Turn the switch on.
No mist, but
red LED
lights flash.
The reaction time required for the
device insufficient
Once connected, please wait 4-6 seconds
before the device operates normally.
Limestone, essential oils or other
deposits on the ceramic disk and/or
the nebulizer.
Clean the ceramic disk, the water sensor and
the nebulizer according to the indication on
this manual
Water temperature is too cold or
too high.
Water temperature must be between (5-
20°C).
Water is not clean.
Clean the vase and fill it with clean water.
The nebulizer does not properly
detect demineralized water used.
Add some tap water till the diffuser operates
normally.
Splashes
Incorrect position of the cover.
Place covers in the middle of the vase on the
nebulizer, (cf. INSTALLATION).
Water is
leaking.
Rubber joint not well installed.
Check that the Rubber joint is well sealed.
Mist
insufficient,
low
diffusion.
The water level in the vase is too
high.
Remove some water from the vase. (Check
the ideal water level in INSTRUCTION).
No water in the vase or water level
insufficient.
Add water until the water level sensor is fully
emerged.
The temperature of the unit is too
low or too high.
Place the unit in a room at room
temperature for half an hour before use.
Water is not clean or has been
stagnating for too long in the vase.
Clean the vase and fill it with clean water.
Limestone, essential oils or other

Clean the ceramic disk, water sensor level
and nebulizer according to the cleaning
instruction.
The temperature water is too cold or
