Configuration of the Light Path

Beam Splitter

and

Emission filters

form one unit, the corresponding

Emission Filter 1

(in

front of Cam1) and

Emission Filter 2

(in front of Cam 2) will change as well in the light path.

Even though the specimen is only stained with one dye, it is advisable to choose a Beam Splitter

with an Emission Filter instead of only a Mirror for fluorescence detection.

Activate the imaging Channel by checking the box

next to the detection module icon.

Make sure a suitable Emission Filter is selected for the specimen staining.
