Selecting Recipes allows you to choose one of the
delicious and healthy recipes created for you by our
expert chefs.
Each recipe has a list of ingredients and easy instructions
for you to follow. Simply prepare the ingredients, add
them to the pot and follow the instructions to guide you
through the cooking process.

Selecting Quick Cook allows you to use or create your
own recipes from scratch. This gives you all the
functionality of Zega while allowing you to unleash your
