Ports (Wallplate Encoder Front)

Important USB-C information:

To ensure proper operation when using the USB-C input for video and/or USB-Host function
and/or USB charging the USB-C cable must meet certain requirements.

USB-C
Video

A

Full featured USB-C port supporting both Video and USB Host functionality.
Can support device charging only if 20V source connected to unit. Cannot
charge if UHD60 using PoE power only.

HDMI

B

HDMI 2.0a input port capable of up to 4KP60 4:4:4 with embedded audio and
HDCP 2.3 encryption.

Video
Select

C

Button to select between USB-C and HDMI video inputs.

USB-Host

D

USB 2.0 Host port in USB-C form factor. Configuration and routing of USB
handled by the ZyPer Management Platform configuration. Use this port for
USB if HDMI is used for video input.

Hardware
Reset

E

Recessed hardware reset pin. To reset the device to factory defaults, unplug it
from the network and power(if not using POE). Delete the unit from the ZyPer
Management Platform. Reapply power and wait for the unit to fully boot.

Once

it is up, then push and hold the reset pin for 10-15 seconds. Then reconnect to
the network and reconfigure it.
