Service

It is a recommendation by the manufacturer that your cooker has an
annual gas safety check carried out by the manufacturers approved
organisation.

Before calling out an Engineer, please ensure that you have read the
details under the heading 'What is wrong and why?' and have the model
number and purchase date to hand. The telephone number  for service
is:

of cookers sold through their own retail outlets. For service contact your
local Electricity Showroom.

When you report a problem try to describe the nature of the fault.
