USING YOUR ELECTRIC GRATER
Close the Cover, pressing the cheese
against the Grater Cylinder. (Photo C)
Make sure the cylinder is in the lock
position and remove the Grater Cap from
the side of the Grater in order to grate.
You can use a bowl to collect grated
cheese, or sprinkle it directly onto dishes.
