OPERATION
HVX200 Repeatable Focus Ring
With the red lever down in the stops position,
the lens gear will only have the necessary 270
degrees of rotation. See calibration instructions
below for use in this mode. With the lever in
the up position the lens is in ‘neutral’ and can
rotate continuously.
1.
With the camera on, turn
off the auto focus by moving
both switches to manual.

Shut off camera.
4.
While the camera is
off turn the focus ring
clockwise (facing into
the lens) gently push on
the red lever until you
can drop the red stop
lever all the way down
into the stops position.
5.
With the red
stops lever all
the way down,
continue to rotate
the lens clock-
wise until you hit
the stop point.
6.
Turn on camera.
You are now calibrated!
That first stop should be at infinity
and the other stop should be at
about 2’ 10”. If powered down
and the lens barrel rotated, you
must re-calibrate.

With the red lever in the
up position, turn the focus
ring to 164 feet. Then move
it just barely past 164 feet
into infinity.
