The pin assignments of J2 (and J1 on the FV2K board) are shown in the table below. 
Please note that the pin numbering of J2 on the Interface Front End PCB is 

opposite

 of that on the 

Sony FCB-EV7520 camera, so that it provides a straight through pass.

Frontend Board Flexible I/O Connector (FV2K and FSDI Boards Only) 

 
The FlexIO connector on the FV2K and FSDI boards provide a versatile interface with many different I/O 
functions, including digital and composite video input path, control path, serial ports, etc. 
These pins connect directly to the FPGA on the board, so their functions and I/O standard are determined by 
the FPGA programming applied.
