the product: (1) the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship;
and (2) the product will perform substantially in accordance with product manuals,
literature, or documentation. Any written or oral information or advice given by YZ
representatives, agents, or employees will in no way increase the scope of this warranty.
If the product fails to comply with the warranty set forth herein, YZ's entire liability
and the customer's exclusive remedy will be replacement of the product(s) or, at YZ's
option, YZ's reasonable effort to make the product meet the warranty set forth herein.
YZ disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but
not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a
