Basic Use

GPS Navigating
To use GPS-1250 as a GPS receiver, press and hold the MAIN key for three seconds. After paired with your
PDA or smart phone, start your navigation software. Open GPS connection in your navigation software.
Some GPS navigation software will not open serial port automatically, and you may need to connect the
SPP service in advance.

Make a phone call
To make a phone call, use your phone in the normal way when GPS-1250 is connected to your phone. If
your phone supports voice dialing, press and hold the DOWN key for three seconds. Say the voice tag. The
phone dials the number automatically.

Answer a phone call
To answer a phone call, press the MAIN key, press the Remote MAIN key on the microphone, or use the
phone keys. If the automatic answer function is set on in your phone, the phone answers the call
automatically after one ring.

End a phone call
To end a phone call, press the MAIN key, press the Remote MAIN key on the microphone, or use the
phone keys.

Listen to the audio player
You can listen to the audio player of your phone or a compatible multimedia player device.
If you receive a call when listening to the player, the player is paused until the call ends.
To use the MAIN key, UP key and DOWN keys of GPS-1250, your phone or media player must support the
Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). If your phone does not support this profile, start the audio
player on your phone.
To start the audio player, press the MAIN key, or go to the audio player function on your phone. See the
user guide of your phone for details.
