Please make sure to insert the seatpost into
the seat tube at least 10 cm.
Attach the pedals to the cranks using an allen
wrench. Apply some grease to the threads, if
there are washers make sure to use them!
Please note that there’s a right and a left
pedal.
Unscrew the brake lever clamps (Torx T25) and
remove the attachments of the brake and shift
cables
Swap the brake levers to have the front brake
on your right and the rear brake on your left
side.
The non-drive side pedal has reverse thread-
ing and is therefore tightened counterclock-
wise. Tighten the pedals with a torque of

4 Nm.
Mount the brake levers on your handlebar
with the brake lever clamps. Make sure the
clamp and the break fit neatly into another
and to leave no gap (zero gap). Make sure
the levers are correctly aligned and tighten
them with a torque wrench
(5 – 6 Nm for alu
-
minum bars; 2,8 – 3,4 Nm for carbon bars).
Please pump the brake levers a few times
after assembly, to ensure that the contact
point is set correctly. Assembly paste must
be used when installing a SRAM Match-Maker
brake lever clamp on a Renthal Fatbar Carbon
35 handlebar, and the clamp bolt should be
torqued to 5 Nm.

FLIP CHIP
Loosen and remove the shock bolt from the
rear shock mount with a 5 mm allen key.
Remove the Flip Chip, flip it to the desired
position (Low = bolt is in rear position /
High = bolt is in front position) and put it
back in. Then screw the damper bolt back in
(10 Nm).
SETUP FLIP CHIP
The
low position
gives you a more aggres-
sive headtube angle, more BB drop and
more stability – perfect for fast and rough
downhill sections.
The
high position
provides a steeper head-
tube angle, so you can crush the uphills and
snap around tight turns with ease.

We added a rubber seal for the YT Postman
dropper post to your ToolBox. Slide it onto the
dropper post right above the clamp and tight-
en the bolt to keep the dirt out.
