1. Disconnect the liquid separator and the connected pipeline

2. Remove the liquid separator

Secure

the new liquid separator

and

connect it with the pipeline

Disassembly and Assembly of Vapor Liquid Separator

Disconnect the liquid separator and the connected
pipeline.

①

Remove the bolt

securing

the liquid separator

using

a socket wrench that fits the bolts

②

Remove the liquid separator from the middle baffle.

①

Fix the new liquid separator on the middle baffle

securely

②

Tighten the bolt

using a socket wrench

and

reconnect the new

liquid separator with the pipeline

by welding.
