OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
MP3 PLAYER INPUT
The treadmill comes supplied with a cable that allows
you to connect your MP3 player. Simply connect
one end into the treadmill and the other end into the
headphone socket of your MP3 player. The sound will
come from the speakers built into the treadmill. You will
need to adjust the volume using your MP3 player.
HANDLEBAR CONTROLS
This treadmill features handlebar controls that enable
you to change the speed or incline settings. They work
just the same as the “+ / -” buttons on the main console
and are provided for extra convenience.
CUSHIONED RUNNING DECK
This treadmill features a cushioned running deck. The
cushioning is provided by elastomer blocks placed
between the deck and the metal frame. They help
reduce impact on the joints by up to 300% over road
running.
The indicators on the side of the deck actually allow
you to see the cushioning in action - the red bars will
move up and down during use, reflecting the amount of
cushioning being offered.
