05 Warranty and disclaimer
Guarantee: All devices manufactured by Yogs-Pfeifen undergo extensive optical and electrical tests
before delivery. Should the E-Pipe nex nevertheless show a defect or a comprehensible faulty
behaviour after purchase, then it is to be treated as a warranty case. Yogs-Pfeifen will accept
justified claims up to 1 year after purchase. For this purpose, it is necessary to prove the date of
purchase by the bill of purchase. The guarantee refers exclusively to the fault-free function of the
hard-and software when used properly, whereby faults that do not affect the basic functionality are
not covered by guarantee. Also not covered by the warranty are faults caused by improper
handling and soiling, see below! In case of a malfunction covered by the warranty, the customer is
free to send the device to Yogs-Pfeifen and to request a free repair or rectification of the fault. The
customer is obliged to check the device for scratches and marks before using it the first time. The
company Yogs-Pfeifen cannot accept the claim of optical defects after first use. If the customer is
unsure whether a defect or malfunction is covered by the warranty, please contact us before
returning the device. If a faulty returned unit is not covered under the terms of the warranty, the
customer will be informed and a quotation will be provided, before any repairs will start! The
shipping-costs of a unit from the customer to Yogs-Pfeifen is not covered by warranty under any
circumstances!

Not covered by the warranty are:
–
-Defects and flaws due to improper handling, contamination by liquid, dust, etc., mechanical
damage, opening the device ( exept change of battery ), exposure to temperatures of
>45°C and <0°C
–
scratches and marks caused by normal use and carrying
–
damage caused by faulty or incorrect batteries
The warranty is void:
–
if the unit is dropped in the floor (*)
–
if the unit is Opener
–
when attempting to repair a unit
(*) Please do not continue to use the unit if it has fallen down on the floor! The electronics may be
