On the table above, you can see the adjustment parameters of the device and how to set them. Parameters numbered P23
and P24 are only given as examples. All devices have their own parameters.
AZ 17E BUTTONS ON THE DEVICE

“F”
: This button is used to enter the parameters and to make the adjustments. You will enter into the
parameters by holding down the button and repeat the same action to get out and thus to close the parameters.

“SET”
: This button is used to send the measured values to the machine.

“
INC
”
: : It is used to choose between ABSOLUTE and INCREMENT options. To transfer data the operator
has to select Absolute. If he/she presses “Inc.” the device will accept its status as 0 (zero), which will then result in an
inaccurate measurement.

“ * ”
: It is used to switch between the numbers on the screen during the adjustment of parameters.
HOW TO SEND MEASUREMENTS FROM THE DEVICE (AZ 17E) TO THE MACHINE

Press the “SET” button on the screen after measuring the strip.

During the transfer you will see an arrow on the upper part of the screen (of the device).

When the measurements are sent to the machine, the yellow light on the screen (of the machine) will be on. When it is out,
it means that the transfer has been completed.
CALIBRATION OF THE MEASUREMENT DEVICE (AZ 17E)
You can restore the calibration measurement of the device ( AZ 17E ) by pressing the
“SET”
and
“F”
buttons
simultaneously after bringing he measurement apparatus exactly to the minimum level. The calibration parameter of the
machine is “P09”. The parameter value in “ P09”
(when
“SET”
and
“F” buttons are pressed simultaneously)
is accepted
as the caliber.
