When an incoming call arrives to your extension, press the HEADSET key to answer it by the
headset mode.

During a conversion, press the HEADSET key or pick up the handset, the conversion will switch
between the headset mode and the handset mode.

Set the volume control in a low position before putting the headset on your ears.

Limit the amount of time you use headsets at high volume.
3.
Avoid turning up the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
4.
Turn the volume down if the sound from the headset prevents you from hearing people
speaking near you.
