Optimized the feature of STUN.

Description:

In the latest version, you can configure the STUN server address for

all the accounts at once instead of configuring each account one by one. Also, the

configuration path on web user interface and the parameters in the auto

provision template have been changed.

To configure STUN server via web user interface:

Click on Settings -> Configuration
