Intercom
Intercoming in the Conversation platform is when you make an
announcement over the phone that will be played over any phones speaker
in that set list that is not on DND or in an active call.
To intercom all staff extensions, dial
4000
Send
. The
phone will beep, wait 2 seconds and start talking. Everyone on the
intercom list will hear the announcement, unless they are on DND or
another call.
Paging
Paging in the Conversation platform is when you make an announcement
over a specific phone extensions speaker that will only be heard by that
phone. If the receiver is available, the caller will be projected over the
speaker of the phone and the receiver can talk back over the speaker. (If
the receiver is on DND or on the phone, the sender will hear a busy signal.)
To page, dial
4 + extension send
. The phone will beep, wait 2
seconds and start talking. If the receiver is available, the caller will be

hear a busy signal.)
Ring Pick Up
To answer an incoming call to the business that is not ringing at your phone,
press the
Call Pickup
soft key.
Volume Adjustment
During the call, you can press the VOLUME ADJUSTMENT BARS to
adjust the volume.
