HOW TO TRANSFER A CALL
To BLIND Transfer – The call is transferred directly without announcing the caller
•
Press Trans soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold
• Enter the number you want to transfer to
•
Press the Trans soft key
Semi -Attended Transfer –Allows you to announce the caller prior to call transfer
•
Press Trans soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold
•
Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press the
#SEND
key
•
Press the Trans soft key when you hear the ring back tone.
Attended Transfer –Allows you to announce the caller prior to call transfer
• Press Trans soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold
•
Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press the #SEND key
• When the second party answers, announce the call, then press the Trans soft key
HOW TO ACCESS CALL HISTORY
• While idle press the Directory soft key
•
Use the Arrow keys to navigate down to the contact you require
•
Press the Send soft key
