Yealink T4 Series IP Phones User Guide

LED Status

Description

Off

The shared line is idle.

Fast-flashing green

The shared line receives an incoming call.

Solid green (Local SCA Phone)

Solid red (Monitoring SCA Phone)

The shared line is busy or is in a call.

The shared line is dialing.

The shared line is seized.

The call on shared line is barged in by the other shared line party.

Slow-flashing green (Local SCA Phone)

Slow-flashing red (Monitoring SCA

Phone)

The call on shared line is placed on public hold.

Slow-flashing green (Local SCA Phone)

Solid red (Monitoring SCA Phone)

The call on shared line is placed on private hold.

In a multi-party call, all the participants place the call on hold.

Line key LED

(associated with a bridged line)

The Local BLA Phone is involved in a BLA call, while the Monitoring BLA Phone is not involved in a BLA call and used

for monitoring bridged line.
