Select the end week from the pull-down list of Stop Week of Month.

Enter the desired offset in the Offset (Minutes) field.

Click Confirm to accept the change.

To configure the time and date manually via web user interface:

Click on Phone->Preference.

Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Manual Time.
