Customizing Your Phone

Backlight

Backlight has two options:

Backlight Active Level

: The intensity of the touch screen when the phone is active.

Backlight Time

: The delay time to change the intensity of the touch screen when the phone is

inactive. You can select a desired time to change the intensity or turn on the backlight
permanently.



Always On

Backlight is on permanently.



after the designated time (in seconds).

To configure the backlight via phone user interface:

Tap

Settings

from the Home screen.

Tap

Display

from the

Basic

block.

Tap

Backlight

Drag the

Active Level

slider to change the intensity of the touch screen.

Tap the

Backlight Time

field.

Tap the desired time in the pop-up dialog box.

Tap to accept the change or to cancel.

You can also drag the backlight slider on the control center to change the intensity of the touch
screen.
