PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Gas burner is designed for soldering. Thanks to the compressed butane tank power supply (propane butane gas mixture can also
be used as the power supply), it is possible to work in places without energy sources. The correct, reliable, and safe operation of
the tool depends on its proper use, therefore:
Note: Read the user manual carefully in order to become familiar with the tool before connecting it to the gas tank. Keep
this manual for future reference.
The supplier shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to observe the safety regulations and recommendations
speci
fi
ed in this manual.
EQUIPMENT
The burners are equipped with nozzles and connection hoses with the parameters listed in the table.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
This tool should be used only with re
fi
llable tanks containing technical gas being a mixture of propane and butane, equipped with
a threaded connection. The tank should be connected with a hose. Trying to connect other types of gas tanks can be dangerous.
Use only in well-ventilated rooms.
Check that the seals (between the tool and the tank) are in place and in good condition before connecting the gas tank. Do not use
the tool if it has damaged or worn seals. Do not use the tool which is leaking, damaged or not functioning properly.
It is required that the tool is used in well-ventilated areas, in accordance with the national requirements
regarding: supply of combustion air; avoidance of dangerous accumulation of unburned gases.
The tool should be used away from
fl
ammable materials. The distance between the burner outlet and adjacent surfaces (walls,
ceilings) must be at least 5 metres.
The burner outlet must never be pointed in the direction of people or animals.
Gas tanks should be replaced in well-ventilated areas, preferably outdoors, away from any
fi
re sources such as open
fl
ames, gas
pilot burners, electric heaters and away from other people.
If the tool is leaking (gas odour), take it immediately outdoors to a well-ventilated place without
fi
re, where the leak can be located
and removed. If you want to check for leaks in your tool, do so outdoors. Do not try to detect leaks using a
fl
ame; use soapy water.
The burners’ outlets heat up to a high temperature during operation. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the tool.
Check the condition of the hoses before each use. If you notice any damage, cracks, abrasions, bulges, bends or losses of
material, replace the hoses with new ones, free from damage. It is forbidden to use damaged hoses. Hoses should be replaced
periodically. Every
fi
ve years from the date of production seen on the hose, it should be replaced with a new hose. Replacement
should be carried out even if the hose does not show signs of wear.
Do not use the hose to lift or move the gas tank. Avoid twisting the hose.
It is forbidden to exceed the rated pressure of the tool. The burners should be connected to the tank by means of a reducer. Before
connecting a new gas tank, check that the burners are extinguished. Check the seals before connecting the new gas tank to the
tool. Replace the gas tank outdoors and away from people.
TOOL OPERATION
Tool assembly
The burner is delivered disassembled and must be assembled before use.
It is required that the installation is carried out by quali
fi
ed personnel. Make sure that the assembled tool does not endanger the
user. All threaded connections should be tightened only with enough force required to ensure tightness. Tightening too much can
damage the gaskets.
Before starting assembly, make sure that the tank regulator and the tool regulator are turned to the minimum position marked with
