Message Meaning
Solution of the problem
000
Standby mode of the rectifier
CHE
Check the condition of the accumulator before the process of charging
commences
05.8
Charging current in the charging mode of the accumulator or the 12 V DC
socket is powered
F01
No connection with the terminals of the accumulator;
Short circuit of the terminals of the rectifier
Connect the terminals of the rectifier to the terminals of the accumulator
again
F02
Reverse polarization
Turn the rectifier off and disconnect the terminals of the rectifier from the
accumulator, connect them again, observing the proper polarization.
F03
The voltage of the accumulator is too low to commence charging;
Damaged cells of the accumulator
A 6V accumulator connected
Turn the rectifier off and disconnect the terminals of the rectifier from the
accumulator, connect a proper accumulator
F04
Incorrect setting of the charging current;
Short circuit inside the accumulator
Set another charging current; if the message is repeated, it may indicate
short circuit inside the accumulator
F05
The terminal of the rectifier has lost the electric contact with the terminals of
the accumulator. The rectifier has interrupted charging and emits a warning
sound for 25 sec.
Check the connection of the rectifier and the accumulator.
FUL
The accumulator is charged. The rectifier provides conservative voltage,
in order to maintain the charge of the accumulator, until the rectifier is
disconnected.
12 V DC socket
The rectifier is equipped with a 12V DC socket, located at the back of the housing. It permits to power devices with a direct current
not exceeding 12 A. The power of the device, which is connected to this socket must not exceed 140 W.
In the standby mode of the rectifier press the „12V DC OUTPUT” button, connect the device to the socket and turn it on observing
the operating instructions of the device.
Once the work has concluded, turn the device off and disconnect it from the DC socket. Press the „12V DC OUTPUT” button
again, in order to switch the rectifier to the standby mode.
Turn the rectifier off.
MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE
The device does not require any special maintenance. A dirty housing should be cleaned with a soft cloth or with a compressed
air jet, whose pressure must not exceed 0.3 MPa.
Check the conditions of the terminals of the conductors before and after each use. Remove any signs of corrosion, which might
disturb the flow of the electric current. Avoid contamination of the terminals with the electrolyte from the accumulator, since it would
accelerate the process of corrosion.
The device should be stored in a dry place, away from unauthorised persons, particularly children. Make sure the cables and
conductors are not damaged during storage.
