9.3 Grease Exchange Procedures

9.3.4 Grease Replenishment for U-Axis Cross Roller Bearing

1. Remove the hexagon socket head plugs PT1/8 on the Uco exhaust
port and the Uci grease inlet.
2. Install grease zerk A-PT1/8 on the Uci grease inlet, then inject grease.

3. Reinstall the hexagon socket head plug PT1/8 on the Uco exhaust
port. Apply ThreeBond 1206C to the thread parts.
4. Reinstall the hexagon socket head plug PT1/8 on the Uci grease inlet.
Apply ThreeBond 1206C to the thread parts.

Amount of Grease: 8 g (16 g for 1st supply)

Grease is not exhausted from the Uco exhaust port. Do not
inject excessive grease.
