TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Abnormal noise.
Clattering inside the
mower.
The motor will not start.
The motor jams and
makes noise.
The motor turns off.
The mower runs unevenly,
and vibrates significantly.
The mower cuts unevenly.
Solution
Tighten the screws.
Remove the foreign substances.
Remove the notches with a grindstone.
Adjust the cutting mechanism.
Insert the key into the socket.
Wait approx. 5 -10 minutes, and then
restart the mower.
1. Turn the mower off,
2. Remove the key.
3. Remove the foreign body.
Reduce the mowing speed and/or raise
the cutting height.
Let the motor cool for 5 -10 minutes, and
then use the mower with a higher cutting
height and reduce the cutting height in
stages until the desired cutting height is
reached.
Have the cutting tool checked by a
qualified professional or call the toll-free
Helpline, at 1-866-523-5218.
Clean the blade.
Adjust the cutting mechanism.
Recommendation:
Have the cutting mechanism reground.

Loose screws / components.
