STEP 1:
DUMP LOCK ASSEMBLY
Affix the dump lock assembly (#2) to the
tray (#1) using four carriage bolts M8 x
25 (#10), four lock nuts M8 (#13), four
washers M8 (#16) and four washers
M10 (#17).
Tighten all bolts securely.
STEP 2: FRAME TO TRAY ASSEMBLY
Affix the front frame (#3) to the tray (#1)
using two carriage bolts M8 x 25 (#10), two
lock nuts M8 (#13), two washers M8 (#16)
and two washers M10 (#17).
STEP 3: REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY
Affix the rear axle (#4) to the tray (#1) using
two carriage bolts M8 x 45 (#11), two lock
nuts M8 (#13), two washers M8 (#16) and
two washers M10 (#17).

ÉTAPE 1 :
ASSEMBLAGE DU MÉCANISME DE
VERROUILLAGE
Fixez le mécanisme de verrouillage (n˚
2) au plateau (n˚ 1) au moyen de quatre
boulons de carrosserie M8 x 25 (n˚ 10),
quatre contre-écrous M8 (n˚ 13), quatre
rondelles M8 (n˚ 16) et quatre rondelles
M10 (n˚ 17).
Serrez fermement tous les boulons.
ÉTAPE 2 : ASSEMBLAGE DU
CHÂSSIS AU PLATEAU
Fixez le châssis avant (n˚ 3) au plateau
(n˚ 1) au moyen de deux boulons de
carrosserie M8 x 25 (n˚ 10), deux contre-
écrous M8 (n˚ 13), deux rondelles M8 (n
˚
16) et deux rondelles M10 (n˚ 17).
ÉTAPE 3 : ASSEMBLAGE
DE L’ESSIEU ARRIÈRE
Fixez l’essieu arrière (n˚ 4) au plateau (n
˚ 1)
au moyen de deux boulons de carrosserie
M8 x 45 (n˚ 11), deux contre-écrous M8
(n˚ 13), deux rondelles M8 (n
˚ 16) et deux
rondelles M10 (n˚ 17).
