• Never carry the tool by cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. Keep cord far from heat,
oil and sharp edges.
• Secure work. Use clamps or vise to hold work. It’s safer than using your hand and it frees both
hands to operate tool.
• Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
• Keep tool sharp and clean for better and safe performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and
changing accessories. Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged. Keep
handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
• Disconnect tool when not in use, before serving and when changing accessories, such as bits.
• Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Check that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed
from tool before turning it on.
• Avoid unintentional starting. Don’t carry plugged -in tool with finger on switch. Be sure that the
switch is off when plugging in.
• Outdoor use extension cord. When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords for that use and
so marked.
• Watch what you are doing and use common sense. Don’t operate tool when tired.
• Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged should be carefully checked
to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment
of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting, any other condition that
may affect its operation. A guard or other part that that is damaged should be properly repaired
or replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated elsewhere by dealer.

4.Residual risks
Even if you are operating this product in accordance with all the safety requirements, potential risks
of injury and damage remain. The following dangers can arise in connection with the structure and
design of this product:
Health defects resulting from vibration emission if the product is being used over long periods of time
or not adequately managed and properly maintained.
Injuries and damage to property due to broken attachments or the sudden impact of hidden objects
during use.
Danger of injury and property damage caused by flying objects.

some circumstances interfere with active or passive medical implants! To reduce the risk of serious or
fatal injury, we recommend persons with medical implants to consult their doctor and the medical
implant manufacturer before operating this product!
WARNING! Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and other construction
activities contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some
examples of these chemicals are:

Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products Arsenic and chromium from
chemically treated timber
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending upon how often you do this type of work. To reduce
your exposure to these chemicals:
Work in a well-ventilated area.
Work with approved protective equipment, such as those dust masks that are specially designed to
filter microscopic particles.
