3. Names and functions of each part

System

The product has the variable wind-speed function. This function enables change of wind speed in 11
stages (FAN: 0

to FAN 10). At “FAN: 0”, the fan stops completely. This mode is appropriate for the use of

readily spattering sample. Its combination with the programmed operation function enables stepwise
change of the wind speed. The fan can also be stopped at the end of operation.
