• Crankcase cover bolts M6

30 mm

• Crankcase cover bolt M6

45 mm

• Crankcase cover bolts M6

40 mm

9. Tighten:

• Crankcase cover bolts

NOTE:

NOTE:
Tighten the bolts in stages and in a crisscross
pattern as shown.

10.Install:

• Starter idle gear

• Shaft

11.Install:

• O-ring
• Starter idle gear cover

12.Tighten:

• Starter idle gear cover bolt
