place both hands on the footrest
floor. Pull yourself up on the floor and
kneel down.

Attach the lanyard to your left wrist,
then install the lock plate to the
engine stop lanyard switch.

Grip the handlebars firmly with both
hands, place both feet on the footrest
floor, start the engine, and start off.
