The app cannot detect the sound bar

An app not supported by the sound bar is being used.
This sound bar supports Sound Bar Controller only. Sound Bar Remote, Home Theater Controller, and
MusicCast Controller cannot be used.

The sound bar and smartphone are not connected to the same network.
Check the network connection and the router’s settings, and connect the sound bar and smartphone to
the same network.

The smartphone is not connected wirelessly (via Wi-Fi) to the wireless LAN router.
Connect the smartphone wirelessly (via Wi-Fi) to the wireless LAN router.

A router that supports multiple SSIDs is being used.
The network splitting function of a wireless LAN router may prevent access to the sound bar. Connect
the sound bar and smartphone to a network with the same SSID. Try connecting to the primary SSID
first.

The wireless (Wi-Fi) function is disabled.
Enable the wireless (Wi-Fi) function.
