Adjust the speed controller (SPICON) to set the shutter open/close time as follows.



Open: 80 +/- 5msec. (From valve signal ON to sensor OFF)



Close: 80 +/- 5msec. (From valve signal OFF to sensor ON)

Standard: The nozzle stocker for multi-functional nozzle is setup in the first line.

fourth lines.
