Connections with an MTX/MRX system
Up to 16 MCP1 u nits can b e connected to an MTX/MRX system.
Use an Ethernet ca b le to connect the MTX/MRX’s [NET W ORK] port or Dante port to a PoE
net w ork s w itch, and u se an Ethernet ca b le to connect the PoE net w ork s w itch to the MCP1.
If the net w ork s w itch does not s u pport PoE, connect a PoE injector b et w een the net w ork
s w itch and the MCP1.
In some cases, the PSE (PoE net w ork s w itch or PoE injector) might ha v e ports that s u pply
po w er and ports that do not s u pply po w er. Connect the MCP1 to a port that s u pplies po w er.
