DISASSEMBLING THE ENGINE

3. Remove:

Right crankcase 

Make sure the crank separating tool     body is 

parallel with the crankcase.

REMOVING THE BEARING

1. Remove:

Bearing 

For removal of the bearing, two kinds of tools 

are  available.    Choose  the  appropriate  one 

depending on how the bearing is installed. 

Fixed on the outside→Bearing puller 

Fixed on the inside → Bearing puller

4. Remove:

Left crankcase 

●

 

Crankshaft assembly 

Make sure the crank separating tool     body is 

parallel with the crankcase.

Take care so that the oil seal lip is not damaged.
