Remove all parts from the package and make sure you
have all of the items.
Remo v e foamed styrol pads from the package, position them on
the floor, then place A on top of them. Position the pads so that
they
w ill not hide the connector panel on the b ottom of A.
* The t w o anti-fall b rackets are identical. (Either one can b e u sed
for left or right.)
* The adaptor may not b e incl u ded, or may look different from the
ill u stration a b o v e, depending on yo u r partic u lar area. Please
check w ith yo u r Yamaha dealer.

Attach (finger-tighten) C to D and E.

Untie and straighten out the bundled pedal
cord.
Don’t discard the vinyl tie. You will need it later in
step 7.

Align D and E with each end of C.

Attach D and E to C by finger-tightening
the long screws (6 x 20 mm).

Attach B.
Depending on the model of digital piano you
purchased, the surface color of one side of B may
be different from the other side. In this case,
position B so that the side of the surface color
similar to D and E faces the player.

Attach the top of B to D and E by finger-
tightening the two thin screws (4 x 12 mm).

While pressing on the lower part of D and E
from the outside, attach the anti-fall
brackets and then secure the bottom ends
of B using four long screws (6 x 25 mm).

Insert the other two tapping screws (4 x 20
mm) into the other two screw holes to
secure B.

Securely tighten the screws on the top of B
that were attached in Step 2-1.
CAUTION
Be sure to attach the anti-fall brackets to the instrument, to
ensure stability. Failure to do so might result in damage to the
instrument or even injury.
