Figure 76 diagrams a theatre reinforcement system

from the viewpoint of its power amplifier. Note the time
delay device that feeds the P-2200 for the under-

balcony distributed speakers. This P-2200 is connected

for "mono" 70-volt operation; the main P-2200 is
connected for biamplified operation. In a smaller
theatre, a single P-2200 might cover both areas, feeding
speaker systems with passive crossovers.
