Mounting the Camera
The Stand on the camera is adjustable
at 3 points.
1.
Adjust the camera angle by loosening the
hex screw (using the supplied hex key). Once
in position, tighten the screw again to secure
into place.
2.
Adjust the elbow joint by loosening the hex
screw. Once in position, tighten the screw
again to secure into place.
3.
Where the neck of the stand attaches to
the mounting base, loosen the locking ring to
rotate the stand. Once in the desired position,
tighten the ring again to secure into place.
To mount, use the supplied screws and tighten
the mounting plate against the flat surface.
Troubleshooting
Video Loss
If no video stream can be viewed on your
TV, Monitor or DVR:
• Check the extension cable is connected
to the camera.
• Check the video output from the camera
is securely connected to a video input
channel on the DVR.
• Check the power from the camera is
connected to the power adaptor,
connected to a power supply and
switched on.

Bright Spots at Night
When I view an image from the camera at
night I can only see a bright spot with no
image.
This can be caused by a reflection from
the camera’s built in infra-red LED’s looking
through a window. Move the camera to the
other side of the window or to a different
location.
